Sent two emails requesting information on billing service over past three weeks. They do no respond, so I called an 877 number which is an answering service and they have no contact information for Wildfowl so I can get a response. Very disappointing, zero customer service.

What the hell is going on with your subscription service. I signed up for 2 years got a pattern and back issue of magazine and you send me a renewal notice 4 months after I paid in full for two years.
