The Indelible Snowbird Part Two

Welcome to the second part of the dark-eyed junco demonstration. Last issue I explained how to carve the bird. In this installment we will create a base and some feet and do the painting. As you will see, this junco is an excellent bird for practicing the technique of blending acrylics. There are several places where we will have an opportunity to blend a very light color to a very dark one. I hope you find the following lesson helpful.
